Terms and Conditions Property to be left in a condition similar to the condition found upon arrival. 20% of rental fee due at time of booking to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 30 days or less of scheduled check in date will result in foreiture of deposit. Check in time is 1:00 PM / Check out time is 12:00 noon Rates are based on not more than six people. Please add $50 per person for each guest, not to exceed two additional guests. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Renters must be 25 years of age or older There is no smoking allowed inside the home. Please call between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

The chalet is currently under renovations. The chalet will bw available for rentals in September. Please call or e-mail for more information.
