Located in the beautiful Mad River Valley, the house is within the Hiddenwood Association on a private road leading up a wooded hillside. Surrounded by woods, your privacy is assured but you will be only four minutes from Sugarbush, five minutes from Mad River Glen, and five minutes from Waitsfield’s fine restaurants, shops, massage and yoga. Also minutes away are Sugarbush Golf Club, and Health Club with outdoor pool and tennis. The Lodge has all the amenities, fully equipped kitchen, patio with table and chairs and Weber grill, full entertainment center with cable, washer/dryer, TV in master bedroom, two full baths, parking for five cars. Every Saturday you can enjoy the nearby Farmers’ Market with fresh produce and arts and crafts. Swimming is close by at the town “swimming hole” in the Mad River. Kayaking is available, hiking on the flat or the Long Trail, biking routes abound and photo opportunities are beyond count. Special week and weekend rates available all summer!

In the winter, enjoy a convenient location to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, each just minutes away. In the summer, drive 10 minutes into Waitsfield for the weekly farmer's market, discover many various walking and mountain biking trails in and around the resort, enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along Rt. 100, East Warren Rd., play golf at Sugarbush Golf Club, swim at Warren Falls or many other watering holes by the Mad River, hike the Catamount or Long Trails to Mt. Stark, Camel's Hump (short drive to Duxbury), or Mt. Mansfield (Stowe). In the fall, catch the foliage as the leaves peak in the early weeks of October. Large assortment of restaurants and antique stores are open year round in Waitsfield town center and Warren Village.

Ground floor has living room/dining room/kitchen area, bedroom w/ queen, and 3/4 bath. Living room has full entertainment center w/ Cable/DVD/CD. Finished basement has two bedrooms w/ three twins and futon couch, laundry and boot area. Shed out back also has storage rack for skis/poles. BBQ on front patio. Parking for 5 cars in driveway.
