Living room which overlooks the lake, has a full size futon sofa/sleeper with an 8inch innerspring mattress, love seat, dvd/cable tv. Dining room overlooks the lake as well. One full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen . Gas grill, washer and dryer. Parking for two vehicles. If available boat dock or mooring. Sheets/towels rental if needed $20 per person
  • Rental Rates as follows: 9% NH Rooms Tax & Exit cleaning is included in Rental Fee!!
