Edgartown Vacation home. Light, bright home (13 french doors and 4 skylights) with beautiful wooded views. Tennis courts, distant water view, stone fireplace and jacuzzi. Near bike path. Furnishings from the Boston Design center. Lots of outdoor spaces, private deck off of master with distant views , deck on back, new bluestone terrace near kitchen and farmers porch on the front of the house. Quiet family neighborhood close to new golf club. Many interesting beaches and attractions. Bedrooms have two full beds and one set of twin beds. Bathrooms have hand painted sinks dropped into antique cabinets. High wooden ceilings from 15 feet to 35 feet high. Beautiful decor.

Property Directions Directions: Take vineyard Haven Road to the blinker. Turn right onto Airport Road. Turn left onto Edgartown West Tisbury Road. Left onto Codman Springs. Right onto Whalers walk and Right onto Donalbain Close.

Property landscape The property is almost an acre of wooded land. The house is on the top of a hill with lovely views. The street is down many typically Vineyard dirt roads and it is a safe kid friendly dead end street (very quiet) At the end of the street is a tennis court shared by the association homes. There are lots of outdoor spaces and plenty of grass for the kids to run and play games. The farmers porch, rear deck, master suite balcony and bluestone garden/ grilling area give ample space for outdoor leisure.
