Otis house Rental Property Information

This cozy cottage, located on four acres off a dirt road, offers visitors restful seclusion, but with plenty of culture nearby. Minutes to Jacob's Pillow Summer Dance Festival, Great Barrington, Tanglewood, Lenox, and the Lee Outlets. The surrounding area features lake activities and access to state and local parks. The house is less than 3 miles to Big Pond and about 6 miles to both Tolland and Beartown State Forests. It's just a mile to the village of Otis. Three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with bunk beds) sleeps six. Amenities include washer/dryer; dishwasher; fully equipped kitchen; new gas grill; deck with lounge chairs; glassed-in porch with a ping pong table; VCR/DVD/CD player with surround sound; a wood stove; and a caretaker nearby. Wireless Internet available for a small additional fee. The interior was recently painted; downstairs bath recently tiled. Quiet and cute, it's a great place to get away.
