Rental Rates for the condo in US Virgin Islands



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • November 15 - April 30: $160/minimum 4 nights; $1,050/week Holiday weeks- additional 20%.
  • Two people: November 15 - April 30: $160/night minimum 4 nights; $1,050/week Holiday weeks - additional 20%. Additional $20.00/night for 3-4 people.

    Special rates for returning favored guests.

    50% of the rental fee and a refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the rental fee is required at least two weeks before your arrival on the island.
