Further Details for the condo in Naples Area, Florida, USA

Rental application process Once you decide you want to rent the apartment: I send you an application which must be approved by the condo association (this is routine and no one has ever been turned down). The board meets on the 1st Monday of each month so the process requires some time so you should account for that in your schedule. For example, if you want to rent the apartment in May, you should file your papers at 30 days in advance. The board and I will notify you of the approval. The rental fee for the apartment is whatever is agreed upon for that month in addition to 10% tourist tax and a $250.00 deposit. Once you are approved, I send you a finalized copy of the contract. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

Golf Information: All the local golf courses are accessible. A Golf Card can be obtained at the store EDWIN WATTS, just on 41 and Parkshore to receive discounted course fees. WCI Golf special offers are available online and can get you up to 50% off on fees.
