One room has a king sized bed and the other has two twins. There is plenty of room for blow up mattresses. The bedrooms are privately up stairs while the living area is down. There are balconies off every room in the house! The kitchen is decked out and new. Top of the line everything. New carpet. New paint. We have two bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs... It's a top notch rental.
