Things to Do You'll be able to relax and enjoy yourself watching the boats come in and out of the harbor while having a cocktail overlooking the water at one of the many outside bars. You'll explore the famous 'Gingerbread' houses on your way to having lunch or dinner at some of the finest restaurants on the island. The island has an abundance of transportation amenities for you convenience such as buses or taxis. Or if you prefer, you can rent anything from a moped, Harley, or Jeep to get you where you need to go. With about a 15 minute drive to Edgartown and a 30 minute ride to the islands famous Gay Head cliffs, you'll never run out of things to see or places to shop!
