West Jefferson farmhouse Rental Property Information
Slow down, relax, and enjoy your vacation from a the front porch of a century-old farmhouse on a scenic gravel road along the historic New River. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated, River Watch Farm is located in a private setting on nearly 8 beautiful acres. Outstanding features of the property include a rocking-chair porch, spacious rooms, two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs), and a very well-equipped kitchen with an antique kitchen table that seats 8. Our location is perfect for long lazy walks by the river, canoeing, tubing, or fishing in the river, and short drives to West Jefferson. An August 2006 guest described our property beautifully in the following words: 'What could be better….a great house, a beautifully-equipped kitchen, nice cool weather in August, great scenery, a perfect firepit, really fun canoeing. If you can’t relax and have a great time here, it is your own fault. We love it here and can’t wait to come back with more family and friends'.
