Ossipee Lake cottage Rental Property Information

Private 100' waterfront with eastern (sunrise) exposure on Leavitt Bay. Sandy beach, gradual depth, lakeside patio with grill and BBQ, Outdoor fire pit, 3 Large Children's swings from trees. Cottage is fully equipped less dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washing machine due to burden on septic. TV, DVD CD, Tape, LP, Surround sound system. 9' professional antique pool table, electronic darts etc. Shared Kitchen/Living Room, Shower, Queen bedroom, Twin bedroom, and Two twin over full Fouton-bed bunk bed rooms. Dock, boat mooring, and outdoor furniture. 12' aluminum rowboat provided that is registered for up to a 12 HP OB Motor. (OB Motor, Canoe, three Kayaks, and a 8' paddle boat available as extra rentals if interested)

Less than 20 minutes to Wolfboro on Lake Winnepesaukee. In the southern fringe of the NH White Mountains and in the heart of the NH Lakes region. 10 minutes from the King Pine Ski Area and 25 minutes from four major Ski Areas in the Mt Washington Valley. Leavitt Road is 3 miles east of Rt#16 on Route#25.

Master bedroom is equipped with one queen bed, a second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, there are two additional bedrooms that are each equipped with Twin over Full Fouton bunk beds. Sleep loft access is negotiable. Sofa in Living room has four recliner chairs. Not air conditioned but not usually needed at lakeside with lots of fans provided. A major feature is a 12 x 24 foot game room equipped with a professional antique 9 foot pool table and electronic darts

Golf and Skiing Nearest Golf is at the Indian Mound GC in Ossipee about 3 miles away. It is a beautiful 18 hole mountain course. Next nearest are about six or so courses in Wolfboro, N. Conway, or Wakefield, NH area's. All about 20 miles away, and offer excellent semi-public courses. Nearest alpine skiing is at King Pine Ski Area about 7 miles away. King Pine is a nice but small family area. Bigger Mountain skiing is about 26 miles north in the Mt Washington Valley with choices of Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, and more

Shopping and restaurants N. Conway is about 26 miles north, and it offers an abundance of quality outlet shopping opportunities and restaurants

Other Activities White Mountains and two great Golf Courses are very close
