With an additional recreation fee ($35 Peak Season/ $6 Off-season), all Sea Colony amenities are made available to renters, including indoor/outdoor pools and tennis facilities, fitness centers, spa/jacuzzi, game room, private and guarded ocean beach, biking trails and walking paths, and a free shuttle throughout the community.

Once you finish exploring those options, downtown Bethany Beach bandstand and boardwalk is within walking distance via beach or road. Quaint Bethany offers shopping, dining, and nightly boardwalk performers. Located three miles from Sea Colony is Carl M. Freeman's Bear Trap Dunes - recently voted 'Best Golf Course at the Beach.' Fishing, boat, bike and kayak rentals are available nearby. If you'd like to explore further, twenty minutes by car can take you to the boardwalk at Ocean City, MD or Rehoboth Beach, DE.
