We are within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, bars, free gym, free tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, baseball field and running track. On the private rooftop Spanish tile terrace, you'll find comfortable lounge chairs for the sun worshipers, with a misting system to keep things cool on the hottest days! The shade dwellers will love the large retractable awning. You'll also enjoy dining under the gazebo while you relax and appreciate the incredible views.
