Further Details for the house in Puerto Rico

Location and description Our home is located in Santa Maria which is on the north side of the island and very convenient to the main town of Isabel Segunda. The house sits on a hillside and has nice views of the ocean. In 2005 we totally renovated the house and installed new appliances, beds and furnishings. There are three bedrooms along the south side of the house. The middle bedroom is used as the TV den which has a full size futon should you need it for sleeping. The house is clean, comfortable and simple. The wrap around porch is our favorite space where we spend much of our time when we are not at the beaches. There is one bathroom with a tiled shower and we added an additional shower outdoors with hot water. We began construction on the second floor which will have a one bedroom apartment for our own use. The completion of the second floor is on hold and will not be occupied during your stay.

Car rental We recommend renting a car regardless of where you stay on the island. There are so many beautiful beaches and wonderful places to explore. We are happy to recommended a car rental company to you.
