Ocean Isle Beach townhome Rental Property Information

Windjammer II is one of eight luxury town homes in this handsome, two-level building located on the gated private West End of OIB. There is a large pool located directly in front of home. The pool is the largest on the island. Our unit is not ocean view (there is one view) but you are just steps away (less than 30 seconds) to the beach with no streets to cross! Simply go underneath our unit and walk to the end of the unit. Our townhouse is large and spacious inside, with two large porches which overlook the sound side of the island. You will not feel cramped in this home as it is much larger than most of the houses on Ocean Isle. This townhouse is the brightest of all. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with a large capacity refrigerator, tile floors and lots of cabinet space. The dining and family living area has brand new hardwood floors and with lots of seating. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and storage space.

Ocean Isle is 6 miles of beach with museums, water slides, a mini putt putt course, and ice cream parlor and arcade for kids. You are also minutes away from some of best golf courses in the country including Oyster Bay, Thistle, River's Edge, Tiger's Eye, Lion's Paw, and Panthers Run. It is not a commercial beach, but a perfect place for vacationers and families to get together and enjoy a stress-free vacation. We are located on the West of the the Island which has very wide beaches. We are at the private end fo the Island just past the guard house. The entire island is very safe, but the private end is great for kids riding bikes and families renting golf carts. There are plenty of great family and upscale restaurants on the island including the Isles Restaurant and Tiki Bar (2 blocks away) and Cinelli's Italian Restaurant. A hidden gem just over the causeway is the Sugar Shack which serves wonderful Jamaican cuisine.

  • All bathrooms are decorated/wallpapered and big. They each contain a shower and tub. All bathrooms are very clean with extra amenities in each. All shower curtains and rugs are clean. We do use a private cleaner who makes sure everything is sparkling.

The 2 master bedrooms are located on the main floor with their own private spacious bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with three full bathrooms and a laundry area and lots of closet space. All bedrooms and the family room have cable TV and most bedrooms have VCR's. The main living area has brand new hardwood floors in living and dining area. There are 2 couches and one love seat and chair in the living room. The dining room has a beautiful dining table with 8 chairs. We have an additional table that seats 4. The family area also has a DVD player, stereo and VCR. We have books to read, games to play and movies to watch. The main level porch is off the family room, and the second porch is off a large bedroom. Enjoy the quiet island while relaxing on the porch. You will also have access to our owners closet with a grill, beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The beach is beautiful, wide, and not crowded on the private West End of the Island.

Golf Information: There are over 50 courses close by. Brick Landing, Rivers Edge, The Pearl, Lions Paw, Panthers Run, Tigers Eye, are all within 10 minutes away.
