ski house House is available for rental on a monthly basis or weekly basis in the spring/summer/fall and is also available for minimum two week rental period in winter. House is 15 minutes east of Butternut Basin ski area. Use house as a ski house in the winter and enjoy Butternut Basin or Otis Ridge (for beginners & night skiing) or a lake house in the summer. the House is approximately 220' from the lake down a beautifully landscaped path.
