Dock to tie a boat, public launch on outlet road at other end of lake. Small open deck overlooking lake off master bed room on second floor. Covered back porch for barbecuing if it rains. A major portion of Sabbathday Lake shore is owned by the Shaker Village (one of only two remaining villages in the country) and thus the lake enjoys a lower level of development than most of the lakes in the area, even an occasional loon can be seen or heard.
