The outside has a deck with glass table/ umbrella, 4 table chairs and one lounge, a new gas propane grill, and a fully enclosed private outside shower. Recent improvements include new kitchen and bathroom countertops, new carpeting, new painting throughout the house, and new outside landscaping and plantings.
