Jaco house Rental Property Information
Two-story, modern, spacious home in quiet area of Jaco Beach. Tropical, airy interiors make it very fresh. Enjoy the sunset from the balcony or from its ample pool. Surf, have a barbecue, and gaze at the stars. This is your perfect beach house. This newly-constructed beach house was designed with Feng Shui in mind. There's a fountain at the entrance and the ceilings are high, giving this house a sense of well-being. The kitchen and living area are never too hot -even without air-conditioning in them- thanks to the windows' orientation. The bedrooms are in the second floor and have air-conditioning and some also have screens. There is an additional full bed for kids only located right outside of the bedrooms. Its beautiful pool and landscaped gardens with red palms and waterfall ainvite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean. If you want to venture out, the town is only five minutes away.

Jaco is a mere 1.5 hours from the international airport and 2 hours from downtown San Jose. The renowned national park and town of Manuel Antonio is only 1.5 hours further south of Jacó which makes it ideal for day-visits. The world-class Los Suenos Resort, with its marina and 18 hole golf course is only 10 minutes away from Jaco. There's a plethora of things to do in and around Jaco. There are also many restaurant and bar options in Jaco, Los Sueños and neighboring Hermosa.

It plays through the Los Sueños Resort's private rain forest reserve. In fact, La Iguana's caddies are all trained naturalist guides who will point out the various wildlife species that inhabit the fairways, including monkeys, sloths, pizotes, toucans and macaws.
