Dennis Village cottage Rental Property Information

This property is located in the heart of Cape Cod. Mid-way between Provincetown and Woods Hole and is a great location to explore all the Cape has to offer. The property has deeded rights to Grand Cove which is part of Bass River and leads out to Nantucket Sound. Access to the water is a few hundred yards away. Local beaches are 10 minutes away North or South. Two sit-in kayaks with paddles and life vests are included with the signing of a release/liability waiver. An additional $150 refundable security deposit is required in advance along with the signing of a vacation lease agreement. This property welcomes pets! This property in West Dennis is located on a private dead end street which intersects with Old Main St. and Rte 28 (which is also known as Main St.) I have collected a multitude of brochures, maps, and pamphlets of things to do in and around the area which are in an organized binder to help you in planning your stay on Cape Cod. I live here and still discover new beaches and treasures :) and I hope you will too!
