This is a 3- Room-apartment. The living-room is tastefully furnished, there's a dining area, the couch can be changed into a bed for 2 persons. There's a telephone, DSL Internet, LCD TV,Air Condition, CD-Player and a safe in this apartment.
The large bedroom with king size bed is furnished with a wardrobe and chests of drawers. TV is in the main bedroom. The smaller bed-room has two bulk beds. The Apartment is situated on the second floor. The rooms are 3.20 metres in height, there's stucco on the walls and real parquet. The windows are warmth isolated and in the same height as the rooms.
The new fitted kitchen has been completely renovated: you'll have a stove with four ceramic fields a micro-wave oven, a normal oven, a washing machine with dryer etc. This kitchen has a large window, too.
The bathroom, as well as the separate toilet, has been totally done up in November 2007. This apartment is suitable for four Guest. But we accept families with two parents and three kids.

You can discover Paris by foot - Sacre Coeur and the famous painters on Montmartre are just 5 minutes away. It's 10 minutes to Champs Elysees, Louvre, Latin Quarter etc.....

This kitchen has a large window, too. It doesn't lack the important small things such as glasses for wine, champagne and water, coffee machine, iron, ironing board, beautiful china etc.
The bathroom, as well as the separate toilet, has been totally done up in November 2006. A night and day guarded parking place belongs to this apartment and can be booked separately.
The windows of the living-room and the two bedrooms look out on an inner yard with plants. You won't hear any noise from the city.
