This large, beautiful Naushop home was built in 2003 and is in excellent condition. Ideal for two families, it comfortably accommodates 10 people in an open and airy layout. All rooms have been completely redecorated with Ethan Allen furniture. In the living room, there is a 42' plasma TV over the fireplace, a game table, a large sofa, a loveseat, two chairs and a large leather ottoman. In the dining area, there is a large dining table that can seat 10. All kitchen equipment and utensils are new. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bath. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a full bath ensuite, a walk-in closet, and a cable TV/DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an armoire with a cable TV/DVD player. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds and a trundle bed. The house includes 10 beach towels, 10 beach chairs and a cooler for your use. For the very little ones, there is a Pack-n-Play and high chair.
