This is a brand new home built Feb. 2005! Beautiful tri-level home nestled in the woods with access to private beach on Saco River. Includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms (one is perfect for the kids fully equipped with TV, VCR, DVD & foose ball table!).The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, breakfast bar seats 4, dining table that seats an additional 6, open floor plan living room with sliders to huge wrap-around deck (with patio furniture & Gas grill). This main level also includes 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twin) with full bath. The lower level consist of a 2nd living room area, bedroom (2 sets of bunk beds), full bath and laundry room. The master bedroom with Queen size bed is located on the top floor and has its own full bath. If you are looking to treat your group to something extraordinary, this is the place. The Chalet really feel like your away in the mountains. It is tastefully equipped with all new furnishing.

Less than 2 mile to Attitash Mtn, short walk to huge private beach on Saco River, Just minutes away from Story Land & all that N Conway has to offer! Hiking, golf, shopping, dining - all right there! It is much more than the typical vanilla rental/condo you will find with dated furniture and cramped sleeping arrangements w/ sleeper sofas & lofts. This luxurious chalet can accommodate a larger group or 2 families w/out crowding or bumping into each other. The layout allows adults to relax by the fire, at the breakfast bar or watch a DVD while the kids or other group hangs out in the lower family room with TV/DVD. This spaciousness also helps when stuck inside on bad weather days or in the morning so early risers do not disturb the whole house. Our chalet is very centrally located within mins. of 8 - 10 excellent fine dining & family restaurants / pubs with real NH character& ambiance. 3-4 of the pubs regularly have live music on weekends and several spots have jazz brunch Sundays!
