Lovely, comfortable, 3BR beach house with old-fashioned charm and modern amenities, all new kitchen and appliances for 2008. Close to beautiful beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Located on Cottage Walk, ocean side of Midway Walk. Features a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and venting skylights, screened front and back porches, large deck, new patio furnishings, gas grill, outdoor bathroom and new outdoor shower, backyard blueberries and flowers. We have summered here for 39 years, we think your family will love it too.

Spend the day at the beach or take a short walk to the village facing Great South Bay. There you will find bayside swimming with lifeguard, bay-front restaurants, grocery stores and many shops. Ocean Beach also has a playground, children's day camp, tennis and basketball courts, softball field, library, cinema, water taxi and ferry to other FI communities. Catholic and Protestant churches and a Synagogue are nearby. East of Ocean Beach is the 'Sunken Forest,' part of the National Seashore, a nice day hike.
