Brewster townhome Rental Property Information

Howland Circle (near Fletcher pools) - Updated & tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath Ocean Edge townhouse with many upgrades! This unit has a full size dining room table which comfortably seats 6. Living room is spacious and has a beautiful corner fireplace & oak mantle with slider overlooking a lovely view of the grounds. This unit has a terrific back yard! Kitchen has an extra 4 1/2 feet of cabinets and counter space and a full size refrigerator, and brand new range, all of these come in handy in preparing your family's meals. There is a full size washer (not the standard compact size) and a brand new full size dryer. Master bedroom has a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. There is room enough for an aerobed if needed. Each of these bedrooms is fully enclosed, not lofts like many of the units, and there is a normal staircase! Queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Full bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. This is a 2 floor townhouse with central A/C.

Nice area of Ocean Edge, centrally located, but quiet too. Nice open areas behind unit & beside building - great for gathering & throwing a softball around. Plenty of parking too. This unit has a split ductless A/C system, oversized to more than adequately handle the cooling of this unit (one unit in living room and one in master bedroom). There are also ceiling fans in each room if you prefer the wonderful Cape Cod fresh air. Lovely patio with outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. This unit has one of the nicest back yards in the complex - open and spacious! 3 TVs are included - one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room, also a VCR in the living room. Linens are included. This unit comes with a pool pass. This is a non-smoking unit.

Guest Book We have families that come back year after year. This is our 4th year renting and we have families who are coming back for their 4th season. They enjoy it. The unit is clean and well kept.
