Memories are made here. Our house is in one of the most relaxing private communities with amenities. Plus no need to pack linens, we spoil you & have supplied linens & towels. Celebrate spring, summer, fall or winter in our sunny & comfortable 3 BR 2 BA house located on a quiet cul de sac. Only a 3 minute walk to 77 acre spring fed lake or to the hiking trails & brook. The house is nestled in a natural pine & laurel forest w/ a wood burning fireplace for cool night & in the summer C/A is included. As you park your car, take a minute and look at the beautiful Pinecrest Lake where you can enjoy nature at its best. The house has an open area living space w/ a cathedral ceiling, sky-lights, Pergo flooring, comfortable living room seating, breakfast bar, dining table (seats 8); in addition, a sliding door opens to the deck w/ table, chairs & a gas grill overlooking mountain laurel landscaping. Well trained dog considered. Free paddle boat & canoe use w/ signed waiver. See our photos.

The surrounding area is packed w/ endless recreations possibilities. It is a short drive to state game lands-Big Pocono State Park, Tobyhanna State Park, Hickory Run State Park & Delaware Water Game National Park + many great hiking trails in Pinecrest. The Lehigh River provides whitewater rafting & kayaking trips and the companies also offer Skirmish. Pocono Manor, Carsons or Mountaincreek offer horseback riding adventures. Pocono Manor Golf Club, Buck Hill Golf Club + many other golf courses are nearby. Camelbbeach offers great summertime activities. Mt. Airy Casino is just 12 miles away.. Shopping/Antiquing & Pocono Bazaar flea market are also close by. The Crossing outlets in Tannersville have many great bargains. You don't have to fill your day with recreational activities, you could stay in the Pinecrest community or in our house & enjoy reading, playing a game or watching the big game on our 32' TV.

Additional House Information The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a spacious shower. The second and third bedrooms share a full-size tub bathroom. There is a TV in each bedroom and a 2nd DVD player in the Mountain and Mickey Mouse bedroom. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet area in the hallway. There is parking in the front of the house for two vehicles, but remember our cottage is adjacent to Pinecrest Lake. With only a 3 minute walk, leave that second car at home. (Summer: The swimming pool is about a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride, if you desire to drive.) Free trash pick-up.

At Pinecrest Lake you will find more than just an outstanding natural refuge--enjoy a community filled with-on site recreational possibilities.
