Myrtle Beach condo Rental Property Information

This new oceanfront condominium was the model unit in Sunrise Pointe in North Myrtle Beach. It is on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the ocean from the living room side of the spacious balcony and the master bedroom side. Because it was the model unit it has many upgrades such as the extended tile floor, Corian counter tops and upscale decorations. It is equipped with all appliances, washer & dryer, hair blowers in every one of the 3 bathrooms. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom with video and DVD players. The three bedrooms are spacious and the master has a king-size bed. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sink counter top. The Cherry Grove section is a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach for a relaxing vacation within minutes of shopping, restaurant row, golf courses and other entertainment. In addition to the beautiful beach area there is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and lazy river. Wireless internet is included.

Guest Book 4-15-06 Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was so nice to arrive and find it so clean and tastefully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. It is hard to tell by internet pictures what a place will be k. It was so convenient to liked but we were more than satisfied! We had a great week. It was so convenient to be right on the beach.
