Bethany Beach house Rental Property Information

This beautiful house is located in the resort of the Village at Bear Trap Dunes overlooking a lake with a sparkling fountain. The house is unique in its comfort and elegance with its well equipped kitchen, living room with cathedral ceiling, spacious family room and large screen porch and deck. The large porch has new blinds making it usable at all times of the day. On the deck is a stainless steel gas grill with umbrella and furnishings. The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen canopy bed, and large closets. Adjoining it is a bath with double sinks, jacuzzi, and stall shower. There is a comfortable den with a queen sleep sofa and full bath on the first level. Adjoining the kitchen is a dinette and a counter with stools. In addition there is a beautiful dining room with a table for 8-10, chairs, corner cupboard, and custom built sideboard for more formal dining. Whether you are golfers, beach-goers, families, or friends - this is your summer vacation place.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes has nearly 55 acres of open space, including parks and lakes, and the Golf Club's 250 acres of sand dunes and natural wetland grasses creates a beautiful backdrop for those who are golfing, walking around the community, or enjoying the view from your window. In addition to the award-winning 27 hole golf course, one of America's best golf courses,' Golf Week magazine, Oct. 2003, which is open to the public, there are three swimming pools, (one indoor), two kiddie pools, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, a clubhouse with excellent dining, a full Cybex-equipped fitness center with saunas, an amphitheater with live performances, play areas for children, and a beach shuttle just minutes from your house which runs back and forth to the beach about every 20 minutes. Some of the amenities require guest passes . You are close to historic towns such as the 'first town', Lewes, DE, as well as to other attractive beach towns.

  • $150.00/night, $800.00 -$2200.00/week
  • Deposit not refundable unless house is re-leased. Occupancy limited to 11 people unless otherwise stated. Security Deposit is $300.00 for weekends and $500.00 for weekly or longer stays. A rental deposit of 1/2 total rent is required off season at time of booking and Lease Agreement. Remainder due 14 days prior to occupancy. Peak Season rentals required to be paid in full at time of booking. Reservation will be held no longer than 5 working days after Lessee receives Lease Agreement without return of deposit and Lease to Lessor.
  • Special rates apply for the Christmas and New Year holiday. Please inquire. Guest badges may be purchased at the Fitness Center. No smoking. No pets. Please do not rearrange large furniture. No towels (bath or beach), paper products, soaps or trash bags provided. Please bring your own. If the rental is for one month or more, owner will furnish bath towels only. Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival for all rentals. Renters will be charged for lost keys and damages to property.

  • The master bedroom has a lovely four-poster canopy bed and is located on the first floor. It adjoins a large master bath with individual sinks, stall shower and jacuzzi tub. The den is also on the first floor and has a queen sleep sofa with a full bath nearby. The three other bedrooms are upstairs with one queen bed, twin beds, and a twin size bunk bed with a trundle. The two front bedrooms lead to a balcony porch. All the rooms have upscale furnishings and decors. They have been decorated for your comfort and pleasure. Bed linens are supplied and are color coordinated. Bath towels and beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

High speed broadband wireless Internet access; HBO, library, games. The house has a dinette which seats 6 and a dining room which seats 10/11, plus four stools at kitchen counter. Pools, spa, Fitness Center, tennis courts, and playgrounds are part of the resort community in the Village at Bear Trap Dunes. The house is suitable for mobile elderly. Smoking on screened porch only. A stainless steel gas grill is located on the adjoining deck with a large umbrella and seating . Beach equipment is not provided. You may take your own with you to the beach on the shuttle to and from the resort about every 20 minutes in Season. Living room has gas fireplace making the house cozy for year-round golfing getaways, romantic weekends, family and friends reunions. It's GREAT off-Season too. Come try it.

The Living Room The living room is colorfully furnished with elegance and comfort in mind. For those cool weather times there is a fireplace for golfers to warm up after a long day or provide a setting for cozy conversations. The family room is spacious and welcoming. Near the dining room is a den with a queen sleep sofa, delightfully furnished, and may be made very private for use as a bedroom. Nearby is a full bath which is convenient for guests in the den. The dining room is furnished with an oval table, corner cupboard and sideboard. Across from it is the well-equipped kitchen and dinette, so you may be as formal or informal as you like. The family room is furnished with wing chairs, side chairs, a bench and great down sofa, plus a large TV with DVD and VCR. The floors in these rooms are hardwood and covered with oriental rugs. Off the living room is a large Master Bedroom with fourposter queen bed, TV and great bath with jacuzzi tub. A small hall leads to the laundry room and garage.

The Second Floor The second floor has a large hall leading to a room with a bunk bed and trundle, cozy and fun, with a TV and small desk as well as other attractive furnishings. Next to it is a lovely bedroom with queen bed, painted oriental chest, TV, and a door leading to a balcony in front. The third bedroom is a twin with barn-red beds and chest, TV and a door leading to the balcony. Connecting these is a large bath with double sinks and tub/shower. Each room is furnished with comfort and pleasure in mind for all our guests. This would be the perfect house for a family, a group of golfers, reunions, wedding parties, showers, 'crafty ladies', small business retreats, or just for a quiet vacation, enjoying all the amenities offered to you at Bear Trap Dunes. You could lease this house for a weekend, week or a month, and enjoy every minute of the comfortable and beautiful surroundings provided in the furnishings, appointments and neighborhood.

Other Attractions In addition to the many attractions at Bear Trap, you are close to the historic town of Lewes where you can take the ferry ride over to Cape May, NJ, or you can go antiquing in Rehoboth or check out the many Outlets there, as well as head south to Ocean City, MD, for the fishing or dine on some MD crab. There is much to do and see in the area if you like to hike, golf, swim, bike or indulge in some fine dining. All of this is available to you when you make your vacation destination the Village of Bear Trap Dunes. If you are in need of further accommodation, please check out our villa, overlooking the second outdoor pool and 7th hole of the Course. The villa sleeps 8. Now, with the warm weather coming, is the time to come and enjoy the resort atmosphere at the Village and Beach.
