  • We are on a Well and Septic. There is a great deal of ROCK under our topsoil so things don't perculate the way we are used to in the lowlands. So please be mindful, don't run water, don't take long showers. a shower uses 2.5 gallons of water a minute. If you take a 10 minute shower you have used over 10 gallons of water, mutiply that out and you can fill up/run out pretty fast. Thank you for protecting our resource.

Skiing Information: Sugarbush, Sugarbush North & Mad River Glen (Ski it if you can) are the 3 closest Resorts. As a family we love to ski Middlebury's Ski bowl which is just down the road and up the mountain--it is very inexpensive and family friendly. Killington is 1 hour south and Stowe is 1 hour North.
