Upstairs deck has picnic table and bench seating all around. Lower deck has outdoor dining table (can seat 8) in a screened and lighted section and several lounge chairs. Ping pong table in the basement. In addition to the dining area table (which can be expanded for more than 4), the kitchen has a center island with seating for four. Exceptions to the policy on children are possible--inquire from owner. (Any changes must be approved in advance in writing.)

Further Details for the house in Berkshires, Massachusetts, USA

Wading is possible from right off the property (the water is clean), but the lake is not yet weed-free enough for swimming (like many of the Berkshire lakes). It is highly suitable for boating, kayaking, and fishing. The glistening lake is surrounded by mountains in all directions and the location of the property in the central Berkshires town of Cheshire is very convenient, with all the premier outdoor and cultural attractions of the area only a short drive away.

Jiminey Peak with summer activities and skiing is only 20 minutes away. For fall, the house is 20 minutes from the Mohawk Trail, with some of the best leaf viewing in the country.
