Island living without sacrificing conveniences Less than 10 minutes from the commuter rail, Route 1, and 95. Also less than 10 minutes from a stellar farm store, an excellent butcher shop, as well as 2 full-service supermarkets. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a wide variety of restaurants - from casual to fine dining - both on the island and in Newburyport (5 minute drive).

Walk/Bike Short walk to playground. Short bike ride to reservation. No need to drive far--you can get the basics-- convenience store, restaurants, bait and tackle shop, liquor store w/video rentals, etc. right on the island.
