Edgartown house Rental Property Information

Perfect location. Nestled in the woods on a country road. A quick ride to downtown Edgartown, yet peaceful and secluded, away from noise and traffic. Family-sized deck overlooks lawns, gardens, woods. Inside and out, this handsome colonial saltbox is spacious, tasteful and immaculate. Whole-house filtered water. Linens and towels, always fresh and clean, are included. Comfortable, peaceful and pleasant with plenty of living area. Both bathrooms have double sinks and have been newly and beautifully remodeled with new tile work, vanities and fixtures. Enclosed, good-sized outdoor shower. A cook’s kitchen, good furniture, new washer/dryer and quality beds are just a few more highlights. Very clean and inviting. Well-maintained and well-equipped, this home-away-from-home is our pride and joy. We truly love this house and you will too. This is not your average rental. Bend in the Road Beach 1.5 miles away. Downtown Edgartown 1.5 miles away. The Triangle shopping area 1 mile away. Many country roads and paths surrounding the property, great for jogging, biking and walking. Morning Glory Farm 6 10ths of a mile via the back roads. This property is only a five minute drive from all the conveniences, but quiet and secluded. This is a safe neighborhood for kids. The house is set back from the road. Pennywise Path is a one-lane, low-speed country road. Again safer for kids. Bike path 2 10ths of a mile via DuBud Lane. Bike path 6 10ths of a mile via Pennywise Path.
