This open and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a private, paved cul-de-sac just off the bike path and bus route. We are walking distance to Morning Glory Farm and a mile and a half from downtown Edgartown. Also, short distances to South Beach and Long Point Beach and minutes to Edgartown Great Pond. The main living area is bright and open with cathedral ceilings, fan and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a lobster pot. Read, relax and enjoy the sun on the new 12'x24' deck overlooking a private wooded backyard. Newly painted and carpeted in all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite is spacious and bright with cathedral ceilings, fan, exposed beams and new queen bed.

The house is located on a private cul-de-sac. Enjoy the large private deck with outside grill and patio furniture with seating for six. The en suite master bedroom is bright and airy and very private. There is one cable TV with DVD in the main living area and one cable TV in the master bedroom with DVD. There is also a cable TV in the second bedroom with VCR. This is a very child friendly house with books, games, videos, stroller, booster seat, pack n play, child carrier backpack. We have a reference book that contains maps, shopping guides, hiking trails, restaurant menus, etc. Enjoy our home away from home!
