Things to Think About: This property is in the east end, approximately 1 mile from downtown. Perfect for those who like to walk or bike to the downtown area, but who prefer a quieter, more private setting for their rental. Cell phone service is very good from the property. First hand knowledge that Sprint, Verizon, and Cingular all work quite well. Downtown Sprint is the best.
