Vineyard Haven is only ten minutes away for easy access to the Woods Hole - Vineyard Haven ferry boat terminal, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, family entertainment, rental cars, boats, etc. Overlooking the crystal blue waters of Lake Tashmoo which opens out into Vineyard Sound this home offers exclusive waterfront vistas and stunning sunrise and sunsets. The two large sun decks complete with a entertainment sized stainless steel grill is ideal for hosting family and friends.

Outdoor entertainment includes swimming, sunbathing, boating, sailing, hiking, fishing, clamming, etc. Lake Tashmoo is protected, exceptionally clean and substantially warmer than the ocean offering excellent swimming conditions. Sunbathe on one of several large sundecks, spacious lawn, hammock, and/or the dock. There are hiking trails throughout the surrounding property with scenic walks leading to the private beach, neighboring farms and waterfront vistas. Children and adults alike will love the nearby working farms with their goats, sheep, pigs, cows, chickens, horses, etc. Indoor entertainment includes three televisions with cable access, three VCRs, a DVD player, stereo system with 100 CD disk changer with indoor and outdoor speakers. There is a Pentium PC with Windows XP, high-speed internet access, and a wireless router. Well stocked library, games, and over 50 movies.

The large open kitchen and dining area offer panoramic views through the full length bay windows. The second story master bedroom offers incredible views of Vineyard Sound. It also includes a king-sized bed, private reading deck, and Jacuzzi bath. Bedroom two, includes sliding door to large deck leading to dock and king-sized bed, and it is located next to bathroom with shower and laundry. Bedroom three has private bathroom with shower and queen-sized bed. Bedroom four, has one twin-sized bunkbed, and an individual twin bed perfect for families. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa and two trundle beds available for additional guests.

Guest Book Nearby Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown offer great shopping, restaurants, family entertainment, sightseeing, and nightlife. Car, boat, moped, and bike rentals are all available. And 'up island' landmarks like Aquinnah's Gay Head cliffs and lighthouse and the historical Menemsha fishing town are all within a short drive. Boaters can take advantage of the private dock with water and electrical access. And a private deep water mooring is situated right in front of the home. Boat rental and delivery services are available on island. Fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of some of the best fishing on the Island within a few minute walk for surf casting or a short boat ride out into Vineyard Sound right from the dock.
