Retreat to this wonderful condo in the heart of the white mountains. Experience nature relaxing on the private deck, enjoying the views, or take advantage of the many activities only steps from your door. Conveniently located next to golf course and next to the Schuss bus stop. Walk to pond (beach & boating), ice skating rink, golf course, mountain bike and skateboard parks, or town square shops and restaurants (the valley also has a free shuttle). Condo is a five minute walk to the Waterville Valley Town Rec Center and Curious George Cottage, with activities including a children's summer day camp. Hiking, canoing/kayaking, and other White Mountain activities are all nearby. Living room has cathedral ceiling and gas fired wood stove, a television and surround sound stereo with DVD and VCR. Large master bedroom has Olympic queen bed. The downstairs bedroom' has a bunk bed and a full size bed. Living room has large second story deck with a private view of the forest.

Condominium has easy access to Waterville Valley alpine and Nordic ski areas. The valley is a great spot for mountain biking and hiking in the summer. There is also a skate park in the summer time as well as as full slate of activities for all ages. Waterville Valley hosts many music and food festivals throughout the summer and fall.

The par 32 layout is 2,231 yards from the back tees, making an enjoyable challenge for all players, and great fun and a relaxing atmosphere for beginner golfers.
