Stowe townhome Rental Property Information

Our spacious vacation condominium is located in the prestigious 160 acre Stonybrook Resort, which offers something for every season. While staying here, take advantage of Stonybrook's excellent amenities such as: Hot tub & sauna in the Stonybrook clubhouse; 6 tennis courts; 2 outdoor heated pools for summer use; 14 km of X country ski trails throughout the naturally beautiful grounds; golf pitching area; and several ponds for fishing or ice skating. You will vacation comfortably in our newly remodeled vacation home, where you will find all new appliances, flooring, cabinets and counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Most of the flooring & draperies throughout the unit are new as well! We have a brand new 27' flat screen TV w/ VCR/DVD player which you can watch from the comfortable sofa & love seat in the living room. We have left behind a large collection of over 25 first rate DVD/VCR family movies (many Disney) and other PG films. **Just Added** High speed internet access!

To make packing for vacation easier for families, we have a pack & play crib in the upstairs closet, a baby seat for dining (attaches to the dining room table)and games for the kids. We've made this home child friendly including plastic plugs in unused outlets. Besides enjoying the incredible view of the Stonybrook Meadow and Mount Mansfield, you will also enjoy our unique stone fireplace (see pictures). Bedroom Configuration: Downstairs: Bedroom #1- Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs: Bedroom #2- Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed, cable TV & walkout deck. Bedroom #3- This is an ideal 'kids' bedroom. 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Guest Book Things to do in Stowe: Skiing/snowboarding, sledding, ice skating (indoor & outdoor),snowmobiling; snowshoeing; (Stowe's average snowfall- 22 feet!); Hot air ballooning; mini golf; hiking in the mountain; biking or walking Rec Path & other trails; golfing (Stowe Country Club & several other courses nearby); fishing; Ben & Jerry's 10 miles away; Burlington - 45 minutes away; spa days (Topnotch is a World Renowned Spa); Stowe Playground at the Elementary School (one of the best I've seen); swimming; many horseback riding stables; outdoor summer concert series Sundays at Von Trapp Lodge Jul/Aug; visit museums & art galleries in Stowe;leaf viewing in October.
