Bridgton house Rental Property Information

Comfortable three bedroom home in the exclusive Knights Hill Association. Large master suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. Two other bedrooms each have twin beds. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a screened-in porch and two decks located off the back of the home. A BBQ grill is located on the back deck from Spring through Fall for great outside entertaining. There is a large front yard and a back yard - plenty of room for children to play and for entertaining. An inviting fireplace is the centerpiece to our living room. The dining room easily seats your family for shared meals. The living room and dining room have beautiful vaulted ceilings. The Knights Hill Association has a sandy beach on Moose Pond, and 11 mile lake. Access to the beach is just a few minutes walk from the house, or you can drive to the site. A large newly renovated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court are available to those vacationing in Knights Hill.

Location

In the winter, after skiing, which is a five minute drive from the house to the mountain base of Shawnee Peak, relax in front of our beautiful fireplace. The larger ski areas of Sunday River and Attitash Mountain are 26 miles away. Other ski mountains in the area are Mount Abrham, Mount Craymore and Wild Cat. Sledding, tubbing cross-country skiing, and other winter activities are available. Summer fun includes great fresh water fishing in Moose Pond, lakeside swimming, hiking, several nearby golf courses, and a variety of other activities for family entertainment. Jet skis and pleasure boats are available for rental in Naples, a few miles drive away, as well as white water rafting in season. There is even a local drive-in movie theatre in the summertime, as well as a traditional movie theatre in Bidgton. Tax free outlet shopping is a short drive away in North Conway, New Hampshire. For those who enjoy antiquing, wonderful shops and a nearby country auction are in Bridgton.

The neighborhood is very family oriented, and there are usually lots of children with which to play. However, couples needing a private vacation will not be disappointed. The home is perfect for those looking for comfort, relaxation and quiet. The vacation rental comes with the use of a canoe and kayak located at the waters edge. In the summer, life guards are at the pool and beach area. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome. This is a wonderful home and area for a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for you and a loved one.
