Lovely Townhouse-style Fairway Oaks Villa. Light and bright corner home with windows on three sides. Fully equipped and attractively decorated. Recently renovated throughout. This spacious Kiawah Island home is conveniently located in Kiawah's West Beach Village. We are l50 yards to the beautiful, pristine beach. The two minute stroll to the beach is on a pretty path without any roads to cross. Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. And, if you care to dine out, fine restaurants (at the Sanctuary Hotel, Freshfields Village and other local venues) are just minutes away. The three renown Charleston plantations--Middleton Place House, Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, and Drayton Hall--are nearby. Historic downtown Charleston (with exceptional restaurants, museums and antiquing) is a lovely half hour's drive. Pre-arrival and departure maid service is included. Our four bedroom villa is ideally located at Kiawah Island's West Beach Village...just a short & pretty path to the spectacular beach (no road to cross). Also, walk to Cougar Point Golf Course and The West Beach Tennis Complex. Stroll or ride a bike to the nearby Straw Market where you can enjoy Shrimpers Restaurant, Scoopers IceCream, as well as sports, gift, and sundry shops. Bike ride to nearby Night Heron Park. And, just outside Kiawah's gate is recently completed Freshfields Village with a wonderfully complete food market, clothing stores, art galleries, hair salon, Indigo Books, a liquor store, pharmacy, dry cleaner, banks, fine restaurants, pizza, and even a 'premium cigar shop' w/HDTV And Wireless Internet (my husband, Jack, is part owner.)   • 1390 Fairway Oaks Villa (aka, for Fedex as 1390 Dunlin Court, Kiawah 29455 ) provides three + fully-sized updated, pristine bathrooms. The Master (BR 1) on the home's main level shares the shower and toilet with (BR 2) in an adjoining bedroom that provides two twin beds. The Master (BR 1) and Twin (BR 2) n bedroom EACH have a separate vanity/sink. They share the shower and toilet. Perfect for a family (parents w/two children -- or two friends.) There is private access (in addition to hall access) between the King (BR1)and the Twin (BR2) bedrooms. Bedroom Three (BR 3) has a full, private bath. This bedroom is on the main level, across from the Master (BR 1) and down the hall from (Twin BR 2). Bedroom Four (BR 4) is on the upper (or public) level -- where the Living Room, Dining Room , Kitchen, Breakfast Bar and Den are located. All bathrooms have limestone tiled floors, attractive light oak cabinetry, excellent lighting, white tiled surrounds. Crisp, clean & relaxing.

  • The lovely first level master bedroom provides a king-sized bed. The second level master bedroom (our favorite) also has a king-sized bed . The third bedroom contains two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom also has two twin beds. All bedding is new, top of the line, and Very comfortable. This Kiawah villa has the popular inverted-floor plan. The four bedrooms provide: One -- King-sized Master Bedroom on main level Second -- Bedroom with two twin beds on main level Third -- Bedroom with two twin beds on main level Fourth -- King-sized Bedroom on the upper level The upper level is the location of the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck, as well as the fourth bedroom w/king sized bed and private bathroom. The first floor of the villa has the front porch entrance into the foyer. This level contains the master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and the laundry room. All bathrooms are directly and privately accessible from all four bedrooms.

No Grills are allowed on decks according to the Town of Kiawah Ordinances, so Jack and I am unable to provide a grill. However, guests, if you wish, you may bring Your own portable grill. (Unfortunately as an owner, I cannot provide a portable grill for your use.) Please use your grill on front or back yard, not on the wooden deck. Guests, if you do bring your own portable grill, use it only on our front or rear lawn area -- not on the deck. Pristine Beach, Golf, Tennis, Biking, Hiking Kiawah Island golf is world renown. The Ocean Course, Osprey Point, Turtle Point, Cougar Point (which is walking distance from our vacation home), and Oak Point are available for your golfing pleasure. We recommend that you make tee times prior to your arrival on Kiawah. We can assist. The West Beach Tennis Complex (which is walking distance from our vacation home), and the East Beach Tennis Complex offer world-class tennis. Kiawah Island provides more than 30 miles of paved biking and hiking trails -- plus ten miles of hard-packed beach.

KAMP KIAWAH and NIGHT HERON PARK Kamp Kiawah offers full and half day programs for children aged three to eleven. Kids over eleven can join a separate youth or teen program.Space is limited. ---- ---- 21-acre Night Heron Park and its many amenities is just a bike path away. Enjoy a lighted basketball court, grass soccer field, fitness trail, sand volleyball court, jogging and bike trails. Not to be missed !
