Emerald Shores Estate occupies 1.75 acres with 228 feet of water frontage on the Chalk Sound National Park, an area of incomparable beauty and splendid views. Here, one looks out over some ten square miles of water with various colors from light green emerald green to aqua, and in it, are hundreds of small islands and cays to explore with your Kayaks. The water of the Sound is shallow in parts and in others, several feet deep, which is great for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating etc, with a chalky white sandy bottom. Nowhere in the Islands can finer views be found than from these Shores. Taylor Bay Beach is just minutes down the road a white sandy secluded beach, with crystal clear water. There is a Main house that has 3 bedrooms upper, and has 2 bedrooms lower, each with their own, kitchens, living rooms, etc. The Guest house has 2 bedrooms upper, and 2 bedrooms lower, they have their own kitchenettes and living rooms.
