This is a family compound ideal for family reunions or a group. Camp Waganki is on the shore of McWain Pond an hour from the coast and the White Mts. It has four main buildings: Lodge, Director's Cottage and two Staff Cabins. The Lodge has rustic Maine character. The great room has a stone fireplace and large windows on the south side looking down towards the lake. It has three bedrooms: one upstairs-king bed; two downstairs: one-twin bed and bunk bed; the other queen and small bunk bed for kids. The kitchen is 'renovated' with old elements from camp; new dishwasher and refrigerator. Kitchen can handle large meal prep. The Director's Cottage is up to date with character. It has a huge screened-in porch with a dining/sitting area looking down towards the lake. The living room is cozy, has skylights/woodstove; it has a queen pull-out futon couch. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and a pass through window to the porch. It has a washer/dryer. The bedroom-queen size bed.

The Staff Cabins: The Staff Cabins (2) are smaller each have a living room, bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom and a screened-in porch. Each cabin either has a pull-out futon in the living room and/or twin bed on porch. Cabins can accommodate a small family. The Lakefront is 250' of frontage on the sunny side of lake. New dock and float. Shoreline walk. Lakefront is accessed by our own camp road (three minute walk) or drive down. Large grassy area with campfire circle. Shady grove area with hammock. Large picnic table. The whole camp is family friendly just come and enjoy no worries.

Guest Book Of course the best thing to do is to stay right at camp and enjoy the lake, take a nap and relax by the fire.
