This tastefully decorated Cape Cod style home features a 3/4 acre private yard, a bright sunroom leading to a large deck with furniture and umbrella. The deck steps down to a stone patio complete with picnic table and gas grill. The house is located 1/2 mile from campground beach making it ideal for walking to the beach to enjoy swimming and beautiful Cape Cod sunsets. It is also a short drive to ocean beaches, a fresh water lake, restaurants, theaters, bike trail, and Provincetown. The first floor has a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen that seats 8 comfortably with full-size smoothtop stove and updated kitchenware, 2 bedrooms each with a ceiling fan, and one full bath. The sunroom also has a full-size futon, and ceiling fan. The second floor has a sleeping loft with queen sofa bed, ceiling fan, and a large full bath. The house is also equipped with wireless Internet There is an enclosed hot water outdoor shower with changing room and a hammock for relaxing. SORRY NO PETS
