This property has it all. The lake, the dock, an acre and a 1/2 of woodlands. The house, new in 2004, has many amenities. If the weather isn't just as you like it or you've had enough sun, there's always a challenging game of ping pong, a relaxing game of pool. Miles and Miles of newly resurfaced bike trails. Shopping in Chatham, Antiquing on Route 6A, Exploring Rock Harbor in Eastham or Sesuit Harbor in Dennis, it's all close by.
