Further Details The living room is tastefully decorated where you can see both the ocean and the gulf. There is an office loft that can be used as a quiet reading area or a place where you can play on the Internet, and not be bothered by anyone. This magnificent condo was recently renovated with the utmost flair and could easily be featured in 'Architectural Digest.' A new gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space would even allow the most demanding chef to feel at home. There are two golf courses in Marathon, one championship 18 hole course and one Par 3 course.
