New Addition In Spring of 2007 (Attention Repeats) Addition built in spring of 2007! The First Floor of The Addition Is 24ft x 20ft Family Room and Entry Way. Upstairs Is A Large 3rd Bedroom 24ft x 13ft. Also, Where The Master Bedroom Had The Privacy Wall Withe The Two Twin Beds. There will be a queen on one side and a sitting area on the other side.

The Perfect Vineyard Vacation This home is perfect for either a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Enjoy dinner outside on the bluestone patio, or just take a few steps and you can picnic on the beach! The views of sunsets, the ferries and wildlife on the Lagoon will take your breath away. Swimming, kayaking and sunbathing is right outside the door. You can even park your boat right in front of the house. In 2006, this house was one of the few that were entirely booked from the beginning of May to the end of October. It's truly a special place. Don't miss this one!

Watersports Rental Kayaks, Sailboats, Motorboats, Surfboards, Boogie Boards and more just a short drive away. No need for roof racks or trailors because once you rent them, you can paddle, sail, or motor back to the house right across the Lagoon. Pull the small boats and kayaks right up on the beach. If you rent a bigger boat, just anchor it out front. The Lagoon is a great place for all kinds of boating. Stay in the Lagoon or go right out under the drawbridge to open ocean.

Skiing Information: The Skiing is fabulous. No hats and gloves needed because here we ski behind boats. If you like water skiing or wakeboarding, you can wake up, get your boat right in front of the house and enjoy the glassy Lagoon. If you don't have a boat, there are Water-ski and Wakeboard companies that will take you.

Golf Information: There are three semi-private golf courses on Martha's Vineyard. All are open to the public but members get preferred tee times. Farm Neck is a spectacular 18 hole golf coarse. Edgartown Golf Club is beatiful 9 hole coarse as is Mink Meadows in Vineyard Haven.
