  • Rates include state taxes. We request a $125 cleaning fee, as well as a $350 damage deposit, to be refunded upon departure inspection. We do not accept credit cards.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve property, with the balance due one week prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable outside of 30 days prior to arrival date.

At Seabrook development has taken a back seat to the preservation of trees, marshes, and those lovely aspects of nature that give the community a feeling of spaciousness, dignity and grace. There are only a few places where the world rarely intrudes. One of them is Seabrook Island. Edged by wide, uncrowded beaches and pristine dunes along the South Carolina coast, Seabrook is a private island resort.

Golf, tennis and much, much more Do you love to play golf? Tennis? Run on the beach? Horseback ride? Bike? Kayak? Or perhaps just go for a sunset stroll? You can do all of that and more by either just walking out the front door, hopping on your bike, or going for a short drive. Seabrook is the perfect venue to enjoy true outdoor fitness and leisure.
