Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Memorial Day week - Labor Day week: $1975/week, there is a discount for 3 consecutive weeks, or more.
    $1850/week for September, not including Labor Day week.
    $1450/week for October through the week before Memorial Day.
    $100 cleaning fee at end of stay
    Off-season, non-holiday, 4 day weekends are available for $750. per weekend for previous renters.

    Non-summer:
    $1250/week, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks.

    A half week security deposit is required. We accept checks and money orders.

Bedrooms offer 1 queen, 1 full, & 1 twin bed each, with new Sealy mattresses. AM/FM Radio with CD player, TV, DVD player, microwave, toaster oven, outdoor shower; large BBQ and BBQ tools, a box of toys and games for kids young and old, for indoors and out. Brand new low water usage Frigidaire washer/dryer & new Amana refrigerator/freezer. Huge wrap-a-round wooden deck. Picnic table with umbrella & 4 chairs. 2 deluxe LaFuma french chaise lounges, plus lots of other deck & beach furniture. Huge gorgeous fieldstone fireplace. All on one floor for kids and elderly, not wheelchair accessible however. Lots of deluxe amenities, like a Sabatier knife set, that you would not find in an ordinary rental, & a spectacular setting. The clothes washing machine and dryer are in their own room, not in the kitchen, and the iron & ironing board are in the hall closet, but the Cyberrentals form does not allow me to say that. Everything you need for fun and relaxation, plus a windsurfer's paradise. Enjoy!

Fogland is almost halfway out into the Sakonnet River, enjoy fresh breezes, the bunnies that come out at sunset, & oh yes, those great sunsets from the deck! Lots of bird life, & the fishing is great! Many brand new amenities, including new deck furniture, new windows, TV, DVD player, comfortable Sealy mattresses & new stove & refrigerator. Lots of new kitchen stuff, too, including stemware, china, serving pieces, bamboo cutting boards, cutlery, Melita style coffee pots (1 big one & 2 individuals for a fresh cup whenever you want one), microwave, blender & lobster pot. If you enjoy nature, this is the place to be, whether you want a quiet walk on the beach collecting shells, biking along picturesque country roads, or relaxing with a book. 1 bedroom has a queen, 1 a full, & the twin bedroom has its own sink. The 2 bigger bedrooms have large roomy closets, the twin's closet is in the hall. Please note: We have a well, not town water. Please be conservative with water use. Thanks!

Returning guests will enjoy the additional improvements we have added to make your stay even more pleasurable. We have re-upholstered the 2 couches on either side of the fireplace, & have added 2 little bolster pillows on the water side to make relaxing there more enjoyable. We have replaced the wooden window sills there as well, which have been sealed with protective urethane. There's a new refrigerator, & there's a beautiful little buffet now, across from the dining room table, with more room for serving dishes, etc. Outdoors I have replaced the BBQ with a new larger one, which also has a warming rack above The trim on the garage is newly painted. We've added an antique croquet set in the garage. Last, but certainly not least, we have trimmed back the wild rose, bayberry & wild olive bushes on the river side & to the north, so now you have a great panoramic view up & down the river from both the living room & the deck. Enjoy!
