3 queens, 1 double, 1 twin - 3 of the bedrooms have queens, one with water view and private bath, one with a twin bed as well as a queen, all on its own level with a private bath and outside entrance. The middle level has 2 bedrooms, a double and a queen, sharing a full bath, with a second living/family room on this level as well. Large water view deck with partial automatic awning for shade; outside shower; hammock; deck furniture. An extremely large, private yard, offering a combination of sunny and shaded areas.

Near to beaches, Chilmark Comm. Center, Menemsha The house is 1/2 mile from the Chilmark Community Center, and of course allows access to both Lucy Vincent Beach, 1 and 1/2 mile away, as well as Squibnocket Beach, a 5 minute drive. The fish markets, restaurants, and Menemsha Beach and Harbor are 2 and 2/10 miles, allow about 7 minutes to get there. This home has proven to be the perfect layout for either multigenerational or 2-family rentals; the 2 separate living rooms and 3 floors allowing ample space to gather together, retreat, or entertain with one's peers. What a perfect combination of features-privacy, quiet, and nearby access to all Chilmark has to offer!
