Rental Rates for the apartment in New York City, New York, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Aside from the open areas listed on our calendar, and longer school vacations, occasional weekends, (Friday and Saturday night, as well as long holiday weekends are often available).

    The apartment rents for approximately $4000.00 a week, approximately 500-600 a night, which is economical compared to any local hotels, for a group of people. Pricing is contingent on time of year, length of stay, and number of guests.

This apartment is perfect for families, or for groups of friends who'd like a NYC pied a terre. The apartment is filled with books and videos and music, as well as toys and the sorts of thing children might enjoy, but parents might not wish to drag along in suitcases. We boast all the comforts of home in a wonderful, vibrant setting. The apartment has a brand new large kitchen, and dining to accommodate everyone. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. To add to this warm and cheery atmosphere are two friendly cats who will cuddle up to you and your children. All we ask is that you feed them. Weekly maid service can be provided.
