This immaculate contemporary offers the ultimate beach area rental. Within a few minutes walking from the beach, a 2 minute bike ride to the bike path, this open design invites in the sun and sea breezes. This 'upside-down' house has the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen area on the upper level, as well as the oversized master bedroom with private bath. The great room is entirely fronted by slider doors to the extensive deck area, as is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, cathedral ceiling, sitting area, and a private bath with a double jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All areas on this level have views over the deep grassy yard to the front, and farm views to the back. With the kitchen entirely open to the dining and living rooms, one never needs to feel cut off from the fun while preparing meals.

Edgartown restaurants, shopping, art galleries, gourmet takeout, fireworks, the July 4th parade (a classic small-town ramble), wonderful people watching, waterfront docks, benches and viewing stand for harbor watching, boatlaunch rides around the harbor and sailboat fleet, lighthouse tour, Chappaquidick ferry to Chappaquidick, daysailing and fishing charters, waterfront ice cream parlors, sailboat races, harbor festivals, etc, etc, etc!

On the lower level one finds the other 2 bedrooms, both with 2 twins and oversized windows, a full bath, and a laundry room with an entrance leading to the outside shower - a real treat after a day at the beach!Visit Winnetu resort right down the road,it's an easy 5 minute stroll for sunset cocktails and snacks, as well as full dinners for those nights off for the cooks. With the beach, bike/jogging path, and picturesque tram regularly shuttling between Edgartown and Katama,(all within a 5 minute walk),it's hard to imagine a better choice for your vacation.
